Participants will engage in a collaborative session to "analyze" the VLA and share their voices to help reimagine literacy instruction in the Commonwealth.

This session explores how ScratchJr coding supports elementary students in demonstrating standards-based understanding while developing academic oral language and student agency. A classroom teacher and technology coach will share a second grade life cycle project and guide participants in exploring ScratchJr and designing a project for their classroom.
